Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7-12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed; carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after the label is created.

Multiple items

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Holiday orders

If you're ordering a gift, allow at least 15 business days before the date you need it.

Address issues

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address.
